[SCA-AE] Important note about Ice Dragon

Dear Gentles,
As you know Ice Dragon is fast approaching, and as you all know this 
one the largest events held throughout the year. Being such many 
members like to use this event to introduce friends and relatives to 
the society (and partake of a huge merchant area). 
All this is well and good, however, it important that all of our 
guests know the rules of our society. 
One of which is that Ice Dragon IS a garbed event and all 
participants need to make some attempt at period garb. This does not 
mean that they need to rush out and buy garb or try to make something 
fancy. It does suggest that if someone is in need of garments for 
this event that a call out to your local groups Chatelaine or gold 
key to borrow garb for the weekend or perhaps borrow from others 
within the group.
