[SCA-AE] Where is the cheapest place in AEthelmearc?

i dont know about the chepest place to live 
   
  but i live in portville just out side of olean ny 
   
  it is a small town with friendly people 
   
  but be for i got married i lived in several apartments in the olean area
   
  the cheepest was 350 + ellectric (it had gas heat and a gas stove) for a one bed room apt about 950 sq feet up stairs in an ok neiborhood  it was fairly quiet and i could walk to most things public transport and our socalled mall it is also walking to jcc (jamestown comunity coll) 
   
  the most expensive was 1200for a 3 bed room house inc all extras but cable and phone about 2800 sq feet i shared this with 3 other people 
   
  i also rented a 2 bed room house for 450 it has about 1/2 an acre of yard and a 2 car 
  it was about 1400 sq it was nice but they didnt want to sell
   
  also there is st bonaventure across town there are 3 librarys in town one town and one at both schools all are free to look at and you have to go to jcc to take out books 
   
  at bonas you have to jump through a fue hoops to check out books but nothing tough students get first crack 
   
  as far as jobs the casino is always looking the rest  is hit and mis depends on what you are able to do and qualified for
