[SCA-AE] Where is the cheapest place in AEthelmearc?

Noble Cousins!

Greetings from Solveig! My job runs out at the end of August, and I  
am starting to get worried.
Where is the cheapest place to live in AEthelmearc which is  
reasonably close to a research
library especially a research library which allows people to gain  
affiliation sans employment.
