[SCA-AE] Firewood Restriction Clarification

As I understand it, the restrictions cover _green_ ash (by which I
mean uncured, not specificially Fraxinus pennsylvanica) and live
ash trees, and firewood. All firewood is banned because of the
difficulty most people have telling ash from other hardwoods.
(Firewood is banned even though it isn't generally green because the
bark can conceal a multitude of insect problems).

Kiln-dried lumber products, furniture, etc., are not going to be
transporting the emerald ash borer adult or larva. Your camp
furniture and tent poles are safe.

There's not much information readily available at the ANF site
http://www.fs.fed.us/r9/forests/allegheny/ (except for a warning
about moving firewood), but this local article has a good summary:
http://www.ellwoodcityledger.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=18535407&BRD=2724&PAG=461&dept_id=563781&rfi=6

The concern is strictly wood products that could harbor or conceal
insects.
