Her Excellency, Cassadoria Finialla the twenty-second Jewel of
Æthelmearc.

Their Majesties invited the Companions of the Most Noble Order of the
Pelican to attend Them, and asked the order whether they had had
words with an individual, as They had directed. The Order having
answered affirmatively, and Their Majesties and the Order being in
agreement regarding the individual's accomplishments, Their Majesties
requested the attendance of Master Creature Twyne Dragon. Their
Majesties asked Master Creature whether he would accept elevation to
said Order, and receiving Creature's assent, asked to hear from
others. After hearing the words of Their Excellencies, Judith of
Kirtland and Barak Elandris Bear the Wallsbane; Sir Ængus Mac Bain;
Sir Kadan Chakhilghan; Master Alastar Scott MacCrummin; Mistress
Aleea Bagah; Mistress Leonora of the Willows; Her Excellency, Arianna
of Wynthrope; and Mistress Karana Yabokchi, and being greatly pleased
with all They had heard, Their Majesties again asked Creature if it
was his wish to continue with his elevation. Having again received
Creature's assent, They called for the Ancestral Medallion of the
Pelicans of Æthelmearc, presented by Maestra Giulietta da Venezia as
well as a personal medallion presented by Lady Chi an Ling, Master
Creature's lady wife. Their Majesties also called for a mantle,
whereupon a most wondrous hood in the form of a fish, made by the
hand of Lady Brianna Eileen Taithlach, made its appearance, to the
delight of Their Majesties and the assembled populace. In
recognition of the fact that there might be occasions for which the
fish-hood was not appropriate, a second, more formal hood was also
presented. Their Majesties then created Creature Twyne Dragon a
Companion of the Most Noble Order of the pelican, and Master Creature
reaffirmed his pledge of service to Their Majesties and the Kingdom.
Scroll by Master Jonathan Blaecstan.

The Court of Their Majesties was closed.
