[SCA-AE] OT: SCA "Bad Song" Survey

Goodness me!  Apologies all!  This was suppose to have been a private
message for the survey!  That's the last time I trust a computer at my
workplace!

This is my own personal opinion, but I enjoy "The Æthelmearc Song" (which I
believe is also by THL Gwendolyn the Graceful) far better than "Scarlet" as
a marching song and one that unifies the voices of this Kingdom -- if only
for the fact that both singers and non-singers can totally participate with
its performance.  I just wish it were performed more.  I don't know about
anyone else, by my heart just fills with Kingdom pride when I hear everyone
sing/cheer/cry as loud as they can "Æthelmearc!  Æthelmearc!"

"Scarlet" is a fine song, I just find it is overplayed (as the survey wanted
to know).  Heck, I like "You Light Up My Life" even if it is an overplayed
song -- and it is another one of those songs that you really need to keep it
up to tempo, otherwise it too drags like a funeral dirge as it goes on and
on and on and on.
