[SCA-AE] Updated weather for Wellsville Area?

We live in Irondequoit - northern suburb of Rochester. It is raining mixed 
with ice and sleet right now and has been off and on since about seven am 
this morning.  Good news is branches are not bending......yet........

390 and 590 N intersection and 490 and 590 intersections were both closed 
for a while this morning due to accidents.
