[SCA-AE] Updated weather for Wellsville Area?

Thanks.  We checked that before.  That was part of what was scaring  
us off unfortunately; plus the stations calling for more ice  
tonight.  At this point I believe we are canceling our plans to  
attend.  Hope anyone that still goes out has a good time and drives  
safe.
