Update to original announcement:
The Shire of Stormsport welcomes all to the Annual
Spring Bears Event
on February 24th, 2007.

Activities this year will include heavy weapons as per
normal, embroidery/blackwork classes, an Italian
themed set of children events and medieval Dance.

This year's event will be held at the Erie Day School,
of 1372 West 6th Street, Erie PA 16505. With the site
opening at 9am am and closing at 9 pm.  

Please note: For heavy weapons fighting gymnasium
floor will require the use of soft-soled shoes to
reduce marking.

Merchants are welcome and encouraged, please contact
the autocrat, Derek Le Gue aka Derek Mulder, 131 E
30th St, #2, Erie PA, 16504.

The evening meal will be an Italian feast planned and
prepared by Baroness Una the Bashful. Please e-mail
her with any dietary concerns at

contact) or call (814) 434-3076 before 10 pm. Feast is
limited to 40 gentles, so early reservations are
encouraged.

Fees: onboard $15; offboard $9; children 6-12 half
price; children 5 and under free; family cap $45. A $3
non-member surcharge will be collected at the door for
those over 18 years of age not showing a valid
membership. There is limited onboard seating for
40 gentles, so send your reservations early. Make
checks payable to "SCA, Inc. — Shire of Stormsport"

Directions: take your best route to I-79 North. Stay
on I-79 as it
becomes the Bayfront Highway. At the first traffic
light, take a left
onto Lincoln Ave. At the next traffic light, take a
right onto West
8th Street. Take the second left onto Alternate PA-5
East (also marked
as Seminole Drive). Continue on Alt PA-5 for
approximately 0.4 miles
by following the curves of Frontier Park on your
right. Just past the
tennis courts, take a left onto Top Road to enter the
parking lot of
the school on your left. Erie Day School is at 1372
West 6th Street.
