Largesse is actually for more than just Pennsic, which means that even
if it isn't period appropriate for a particular war or event, a
donation can still be used for other events.  Think about all the
times when largesse is nice to have: incoming Royals at Blackstone
Raids, sometimes we have Royal cousins from Ealdormere at Ice
Dragon...I think we quite often take for granted just how much
diplomacy is involved for our Royals : )
