Which works right up until the absent-minded Herald
gets half-way to coronation without her garb, and ends
up behind the thrones in loner garb. 

Not, that I've, er, done that or anything.  Nope,
never ever ever.   (Blessings upon baronies with a
good gold key, though.  I was almost as well dressed
as I'd have been with my own kit.)
