Special badge for new people (RE: [SCA-AE] you are meanagainstnewpeople!!!!!!!!!!!)

Hi everyone,

It sounds like there is a general consensus that branding new people isn't
such a good idea.  However, branding friendly guides may work.  Orianna,
would you let us know how it worked at the next event?  

I like the blue questionmark idea.  It's mundane looking.  We have so many
badges in the SCA it must be really confusing to a new person, and a
*hatching* (not cracked...that's not how I meant it) egg would be a lot more
recognizable.  

In case of Pelicans who serve as friendly guides, I think we should ring
them instead, though...
