[SCA-AE] Special badge for new people

In a previous SCA group they had decided to put together specific garb for new people. 
  The problems entailed were: 
   
  * OMG Hideous garb. who would want to wear it. 
  * Even though it was hideous not enough people KNEW it was for newcomers. They just thought that people kept inheriting really bad garb. 
   
  The suggestions some time back in this thread was to give the Chatelaine a badge to wear that Mundanes (and newcomers) could understand was for them to ask questions of the chatelaines. Not a bad idea. 
   
  I would also suggest an addition to the loaner garb idea. 
  a "Press kit" garb kit. 
  This would be something that the SCAdians would know that the person approaching them is a member of the press. That way they are able to consider the questions they may be asked prior to responding. 
   
  Just a few thoughts.
