It depends on which Ice Dragon you're referring to.

If you have a submission for the Ice Dragon Pentathon, guidelines can be 
found at http://www.lightlink.com/rhiannon and you can send any such 
materials to the Pentocrat, Mistress Rhiannon y Bwa at las52 at cornell dot 
edu . As she indicated in her last posting, the deadline is Friday, February 
9th.

If you have a submission for the Ice Dragon newsletter (the local newsletter 
for the Hael), the deadline for the March edition is Saturday, February 
24th. All submissions can be emailed to the Chronicler (that's me) at this 
address, at chronicler at wnysca dot org or at chronicler at angryforlife 
dot com .
