[SCA-AE] Year End Food

Greetings Everyone!

This is a quick blurb on behalf of the Year End Tourney Autocrats.

Since Horse Farms are not known for their feast kitchens, our feast for the this event is a bit unusual: It's a pot-luck!

Though it IS possible to come and pay a feast fee to eat, it would be greatly appreciated if, instead, you would bring something for the pot luck. We are requesting cold dishes or no-refrigeration-required, as there are no heating facilities (limited electric is available--please contact the Feast-o-crat to make arrangements). Endless Hills is providing the hot main dish meat. 

No matter what you plan to bring, please email privately to the feast-o-crat Barbary Rose, to let her know what you're bringing (see event announcement for contact) or to get suggestions. Food need not be period. We request a 8-10-serving size. We anticipate a  number of feast attendees from three other kingdoms and several who are new to the SCA. We would like to make a good showing for them and for all our friends who'll be attending.

Don't forget your feast gear! And chairs for feast, since those are in short supply. Open flame is a good thing: We love candles, lanterns, and anything else that will add to the ambience.
