The menu sounds delicious and I'm looking forward to a great day.

There are, at last tally, 5 feast seats for above the salt.
These are the tentative plans for Feast. They are subject to change, but 
should give you an idea. I have asked the Below the Salt chef to have 
something available for children during Court to help stave off 
starvation and grumpiness.

ABOVE THE SALT
First Course
(Delivered as soon as any business is taken care of or mostly on table)
WATER TO WASH THE HANDS
Breads, butter, some fruit
Salat (mostly pickles, herbs, and very little greens)
A good mustard
WALNUT PRESERVE
A hard sausage

Second Course
SMALL BIRDS
A mash of pears
Sirloin of Beef
A mash of ale
POTTAGE OF NOODLES

Third course
Pastry of young hens, laying hens, doves or other such birds (or similar)
Pastry of  mushrooms and venison
Pickled onions
	
Fourth Course
Genovese Tart


BELOW THE SALT
Bread and Butters
Dressed Spring Salad

A Stew of Beef and Vegetables
Peasant Pye
Roasted Carrots

A Pudding of Bread, Apples and Raisins
