Evening all,

At this point there a re a lot of unanswered questions.  As far as the
repetitiveness I don't know if it would be allowed.  As a teacher I too have
had the fingerprint clearance but had to do it again when I became a foster
parent, same forms, same people checked it (State & FBI).

As I get more information I will certainly pass it along,

I had one done when I signed up to substitute teach (a "profession" I
haven't had to fall back on...yet...and hopefully never, but that's
ANOTHER story).  Far as I can tell, I passed.

However, that background check will be disregarded by the SCA.  If I
want to be a youth-services officer (nice phrase?), I'll have to have
another check that will be good for two years.

At least, that what I understand to be true.  Am I wrong?  Marguerite?
