[SCA-AE] ANNOUNCE: Background checks for youth.

If these are the same Act 33 and 34 Clearances that are used by the Boy
Scouts and Girl Scouts, you will make the check out to the State and take it
to the state representatives office.
You can read more about it here at the State of PA website

You can download both of these forms at the website and send them in. Its
really not painful at all. I believe the certificates are good for a period
of 2 years.
Each of the background checks costs $10 bucks and takes about 14 days to
come back.
