If it is to be paid for by Kingdom, how will the kingdom raise funds to 
afford this? Or will the expense be further parsed down to where each 
group must pay for their own? With the possibility of an individual 
group requiring the officer to pay for their own check?  How will this 
affect groups that do not have a chancelor minor but like to have 
children's activities available?
How long is a check good for? Two years? Five? As long as the warrant of 
office? My shire has re-elections every year for all offices but 
Exchequer and Seneschal- would we have to get a new check every year?

I don't have kids. I have a security clearance for my job. This still 
worries me that it will put off people willing to work with kids and 
making minors feel more like second class or unwelcome.
