Good Baron, 
  I believe that Kazi was trying to say that since they are not peers (nor am I) that we would fall into the "bucket o' people" who must follow this ruling. 
  If it were a blanket ruling that ALL subjects of the Kingdom and Crown must follow that would be another thing entirely.

(Are the words "loyal" and "subject" conjunctive in your kingdom?)
