[SCA-AE] Crown Requirements

Ok, trying again.  My posts seem to not be coming through...

Overall, with people I have spoken to, I have come to believe that  
this Crown will have a larger body of participants than the last  
Crown.  I obviously do not know that for fact but I greatly look  
forward to seeing the full list of competitors when it is released.   
I'm excited.  :)
