In Port Oasis there is 1 Knight that I know of, and 1 Countess (Royal Peer). 
In Blackstone Mountain there is 1 Laurel (Port Oasis is 1hr from Blackstone 
Mountain). Also immediately across the border in Glenn Iarenn sp? (Mid 
Realm) there is at least 2 Laurels. A Peer is a Peer in any Kingdom.
