   Endless Hills has 2 Pelicans and 1 Pel-Laurel (who is married to one
of 
the
Pelicans)
   Central PA has 3 Pelicans, 3 Laurels, and 1 Pel-Laurel (who's married
to 
one
of the Laurels) spread among 2 or 3 groups.  I believe 2 of the Pelicans
are mostly inactive.
   St. Swithins' Bog has 2 Pelicans and 2 Laurels
   West Virginia has 1 Pelican and 5 Laurels, but all of the Laurels
live in either Misty Highlands or Sylvan Glen, which is very far from,
say, Port 
Oasis
  I'm not as sure about the Chivalry, since they don't have a web page,
but based on the OP I believe there are 2 in West Virginia, 1 in central
PA and 
none
in Endless Hills or St. Swithins.

West Virginia acctually has 2 Pelicans and a Pel-Laurel.  One lives in
Port 
Oasis, one in the Barony and the Pel-Laurel lives in Misty Highlands.
You 
are correct that no Laurels live in Southern West Virginia.
