[SCA-AE] Crown Tourney Question/personal banner SIZE?

Thank you all for the input on this question, BUT...
  My original question was whether there was a specified SIZE for the banner, or at least a minimum requirement...
  As far as getting devices/arms/names registered...that damage is already done [ ;-) ]
  as they were submitted to Garnet yesterday...and it`s not like the submitters had to "hurry up and get something submitted"; rather, they had been dragging their respective feet and just needed a catalyst to FINALLY get it done! 
   
  Waiting to hear about banner sizes, though...if there IS such a thing...
