[SCA-AE] Canvas Tent for Sale

I have an 8' x 10' canvas wall tent that I need to unload for financial reasons.  (Either the rent gets paid or we move into the tent!!)  The tent is still in "like" new condition.  The peak of the tent measures around 8 feet high.  It comes with a heavy canvas ground cloth and complete set up package: two 8' upright poles, ridge beam that breaks down into 2 pieces, ropes and forged stakes.  It goes up easy and comes down easy and has no mildew.  I am asking $400 plus shipping costs if that is necessary.  (I will be at Harvest Raid this weekend and would gladly bring it with to avoid shipping.)
