[SCA-AE] Coronation Troll Check In

Hello from your friendly neighborhood Coronation Troll!

Just a few reminders if you are going to the Coronation of Christopher and 
Morgen in Pittsburgh this weekend:

1.  If you have Pre-Registered On-Board (Lo or Hi), and you may be arriving 
after 3pm, you MUST inform me.  Unclaimed reservations will be SOLD at 3:15 
pm.

2. DO NOT FORGET your Proof of Memebership! The $3 Non-Member Surcharge will 
be charged for people 13 and up who are not members (see Hilda for special 
details if you have non-member children 13 to 17).  Bring Proof of 
Membership for ALL members of your family.  Everyone in your family should 
have separate blue cards if you have a family membership.  If you can't find 
your blue card, a September Aestel label will do (for that person), or print 
out Proof of Membership(s) from sca.org.

3. If you are a non-member or have Proof of Membership other than a Blue 
Card, you will need a waiver.  Of course, there will be plenty at the door 
on Saturday, but consider printing one out and bringing it already filled 
out.  It will considerably shorten your time at troll, especially if you 
have more then one person in yuor party.  Adult waivers, children's waivers, 
and multiple children's waivers can be found at this address:

4.  Remember to check the weather for your drive and (supposed to 77 and 
partly cloudy in Pgh), and also construction alerts.  There is always 
construction on the way to Pittsburgh, no matter what direction you're 
coming from!  Check with www.PennDot.com to see if this may cause you 
signifcant delays.

5.  If you're planning on paying with a check at the door, you can make it 
out to SCA, Inc- BMDL.
