[SCA-AE] award medallions- update

I make lots of the cording so I thought I'd send you an answer  -

Length - 30 to 36 in. - as long cord will go over anyone's neck.
Red and white are the kingdom colors
Cord should not be too thick so that it will go through holes in medallions.

I usually take them to an event where there are Royals or Kingdom officers..
It's easiest to give them in a baggie so they can be kept together until 
they reach the proper .
