[SCA-AE] Endless Hills announces the investing of their new Baron

Greetings good gentles one and all, 

It is with a sad heart that I announce that our current Baron and Baroness
will be stepping down. However it is with a happy heart, that I also
announce that this is to be immediately followed by the stepping up of our
Baron elect Ulrich. 

We invite you all to come to these Endless Hills, to help us celebrate the
passing of an era.  Baron Robert and Baroness Isabella have done a great
number of things in the past 3 years of service to our Barony. It's now
their turn to relax and enjoy events for a while. 

In the next three years we will have Lord Ulrich Drachendonner to provide
the light with which we shall help to make the North Eastern portion of
these Sylvan lands shine.
