[SCA-AE] looking for some combat archers that shot at pennsic

Greetings!

I know a couple of Our combat archers had their bolts failed because they
were 160 psi, instead of 100 psi. One of the inspecting marshals, Hugh
Prescott from Calontir, feeling bad because he had to fail them (and as a
group, we try to help people go out and fight), offered to loan them some of
his personal crossbow bolts. He said around 29 bolts were borrowed and they
were to be returned to him by a specific time on Saturday.

He ended up leaving without his bolts, because no one returned them in time.

Pennsic is a very busy and hectic time for most of us. Hugh is a great guy
(he and his household have "hosted and helped me at Lillies for a couple of
years now), but unfortunately he's not rich. As those of us who have made
them, it takes a lot of time to make good bolts. I would like to help get
these bolts back to him.

If you borrowed these bolts or know who did, can you please contact me
off-list so we can work out the best way to get these back to him? I'll be
seeing him at Gulf Wars or it might be easier just to mail them to him.
I'll be happy to put you in touch with him, so this can be worked out. :)

Since he did Us a favor, to make certain one (or more??) of Our archers made
it out to the field, I wanted to do what I could to make certain he got his
equipment back. :)

I hope everyone had a great time shooting. I was really happy to see all of
Our archers on the field, especially those who came out to fight with Us on
Friday. We needed all of you :) It seems that our numbers are growing
every year, which IMO is a great thing. Hopefully, over the next few
months, we can use the fall/winter months to build new combat archery gear,
practice.. and help others who are interested. If I can help anyone, i.e.
if people have questions of what's legal or not.. or if you need help making
or finding something (combat archery wise), just let me know.

I should shortly have a lot more time to work on making arrows and bolts.
:)

Thanks,

Tessa, Regina
