You didn't mention the author or publisher, is that Thor Ewings book? 
(Published 2006-apr-1 from Tempus publishing, limited)

If so, the actual title is "Viking Costume and Clothing" which might
explain your difficulty in finding it. (the cover appears not the have
the full title, silly publisher.) The ISBN is 0752435876, which
should also help in locating further copies.
