[SCA-AE] Order clerks

Greetings!

The clerks for all the Orders were once listed in the AEstel,
but that information doesn't seem to be there any more (at
least for the past two issues), and I can't find it online.

Is there some mechanism I'm missing for finding contact
information? I'm looking specifically for the Clerk of the
Pelican, on behalf of a friend with limited internet access,
but it seems like all of the Clerks should be accessible
somehow.
