I just got back this evening from the Congress in Leeds, where I attended  
the feast in the article and actually sat with the woman who organized and  
researched it. I have a copy of the menu, with list of ingredients. If anyone  
would like to see it, just let me know. It was very interesting to hear her  
speak about the state of cooking in re-creation groups in England (the lack of  
them, actually). I think that she would be amazed by AEthelmearc's embarrassment 
 of cooking riches! : )
