I didn't see a reply to this (may have been off list), but Brandy Elford,  
who taught a class at this conference, may be able to help. Brandy plays  
in the SCA as Lady Tyra and is mundanely a Master Gardener, partially due  
to her work in creating the large medieval garden in her backyard. She  
does give tours if there is interest.
