I think people are jumping the gun here and getting upset over assumptions.
None of know exactly what has transpired and until we do, any judgements are

what do you expect, when we let outsiders make our decisions for us,
and  even do our jobs [which they have no business doing] this is what
you get. a long time ago i had a discussion with dave cooper and he
baldly told me it was his war.  I guess he was right.
