[SCA-AE] Axes and Ales Feast

For those gentles that have been wondering what savory delicacies will be 
served at Axes and Ales the menu will be as follows:

Lunch:  Beef burgundy, bread and butter, apples, oranges, cheese, and boiled 
eggs

Dinner:  1st remove-pork in beer, bread, tossed salad

		  2nd remove-chicken marinated in wine, rice, roasted vegetables

		  Dessert-spiced nuts

For those with dietary concerns the ingredients are as follows:

Beef burgundy: onions, mushrooms, butter, salt, thyme, pepper, flour, 
bouillon (beef), red wine, and, of course, beef

Pork with beer:  pork, onions, bullion (chicken and beef), water, butter, 
flour, salt, and beer

Chicken in wine marinade:  wine, vinegar, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, 
bay leaves, parsley, basil, thyme, salt, olive oil

Spiced nuts:  pecans, egg whites, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, 
cloves, ginger

Rice:  rice, salt, butter

Vegetables:  carrots, parsnips, olive oil, salt, honey butter
