[SCA-AE] Birds of Prey Rescue

This is a post I received from one of my other groups. I know that a 
few people are interested in falconry. So this might be an 
opportunity for people to see a variety of birds that are not 
normally available to them.

This is near I-80 and Rt 8.

Skye's Spirit Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center is having a 
"Wildlife Baby Shower" this Saturday, April 29th, from noon to 4pm at 
our center near Barkeyville, PA.  This event is to help raise funds 
and supplies for the continued care of the areas injured, orphaned 
and displaced wildlife.  Our non releasable birds of prey will be on 
display along with the turtles in their habitat.  We have also been 
able to borrow a dog run that we will be able to let everyone see our 
newest educational helper...a Bobcat!  We're trying to build his 
permanent enclosure but haven't been able to raise enough funds yet 
to finish it.  The gift shop will also be open with lots of great 
crafts and italian charms to buy that also help the wildlife.  Anyone 
bringing a monetary or supply donation will receive a raffle ticket 
for a chance to win some nice prizes, first prize is a DVD player.  
For the person or group that donates the larges monetary donation, 
you will be able to get your photo taken beside one of our birds of 
prey. 

If you can't make it but would still like to help the wildlife you 
can mail a donation to the address below or stop by our web site, 
www.skyes-spirit.com  and click on the paypal link to make a 
donation.  For the largest online or mail in donation before June 3rd 
you will have your photo taken with one of our raptors at our Spring 
Native American Gathering on June 3rd and 4th.
