If you mean 'are the order of titles listed in the tables by rank of
that title', then, under general usage, yes; since, however, there is
no Society-wide precedence of awards / titles, beyond "all awards of
equal rank must rank equally (i.e. Laurels, Pelicans, Chivalry rank
equally, even though they're different orders, because they're all
Patent-bearing non-Royal peerages), and so this ranking system is not
always true.
For example, in some kingdoms, Barons (and especially Landed Barons)
are considered to outrank non-Royal Peers, and Landed Barons are
usually viewed to outrank everyone in their our barony (except perhaps
that kingdom's own royalty - that's an ongoing disagreement / argument
in many places).
It just so happens, however, that the order of titles does follow the
precedence of awards in Æthelmearc - see
