According to Corpora, there are certain ranks and titles authorized for use,
and the supervision of them is the purview of the College of Arms. The URL
in question is their current list of alternative titles approved for use in
the SCA. (Right or wrong, like it or not, that's the list. If you feel it
needs corrections, changes or additions, the College is the place to take
your concerns.)
