Personally I like to sleep in the bog area at Pennsic as the constant

Thorpe, you forgot to mention the truckers who get a sadistic kick out of
blowing their horns at 3AM...

My two cents goes something along the lines of Thorpe's. If there is a known
rule at an event about noise and people are breaking it, they need to be
taken care of by the event's authorities. I do not see a need for a kingdom
law.
