The messages are a little unclear, but actually this means it's working.<br>
The first check looks for the pkg-config file provided by libtiff 4,<br>
and the second check looks for libtiff 3 by hand. libtiff is required,<br>
so if it hadn't been found at all, configure would have failed.<br>
