Here is a slight update of the version 0.9 that Rolf sent out yesterday.
Key change is that the 12:00-15:00 session on first day is one big session rather than being chopped into two small ones.
Other small changes:
- transportation available at 17:15 from CMU to dinner location, and at 20:00 back to hotel
- coffee and continental breakfast available at 08:00 on both days
- meeting location added
- format tweaked to fit on one two-sided page
I am assuming that all attendees will come to dinner, that you are staying at the hotel that I suggested (Wyndham), and that you don't have a rental car. Transportation is based on these assumptions. Pls. lmk if I should change this assumption.
Some of you had asked about vegetarian food. The breakfast and lunch at the workshop will be all-vegetarian. The dinner location has plenty of vegetarian options, so no worries.
Do lmk if you have any other logistical questions.
