[oe-sync] Progress on cloudlet-based class projects

Slight correction:  there are actually 8 x 2-student groups (not 7).
I forgot that two groups are doing independent implementations of Project #4
(Interactive Google Street View hyper-lapse simulation).     So that is a total
of 16 students guided by 6 mentors who are exploring creative uses of
cloudlets.  Should be fun!
