[oe-sync] A report on OpenStack Cloudlet integration,

Hi all,

Please find the attachment for the report on OpenStack Cloudlet
integration (OpenStack++). This report covers design decision and
implementation details of OpenStack++ including technical challenges.
I believe it would be useful for anyone who wants to know the details
about OpenStack++ implementation.

Any feedback will be appreciated. I'll make it as a CMU tech report,
so I hope to have feedback from you by 7/31 (Friday). Thanks.
