[oe-sync] Webex details for our weekly sync meetings

Hi everyone,
  Our weekly 10:00-11:30 Thursday meetings don't start until August 20.
However, I have set up the Webex reservation starting from tomorrow (July 23).
If there is a need for a quick sync, this reservation is available.   I will be
away on vacation from July 29 to August 15 (no email or phone), but Kiryong
can act as the host if a meeting is needed at short notice.

are listed, please use toll number.  If only toll-free number is listed, use that.
