[269] Excluding chain rule from your midterm

Hi All,

Given that I did the chain rule a little late and haven't done enough
examples (and that the homework problems about chain rule are optional),
I will exclude it from your first midterm.

The midterm, however, will still cover everything before the chain rule,
including differentiation in higher dimensions.
