disabling shared namespace

Hello, due to a very large number of users we had to change the cyrus code to hide namespaces (in the command namespace).

We have added two options (list_on_user_space and list_on_shared_space)

without options, the namespace command returns the following result:
. namespace
* NAMESPACE (("INBOX." ".")) (("User." ".")) (("" ".")) . OK Completed

Then with the following options:
list_on_shared_space: 0
list_on_user_space: 0

. namespace
* NAMESPACE (("INBOX." ".")) NIL NIL
. OK Completed

There is no impact to users admins.

It is possible that I provide a patch.

Our issues with cpu usage with very large mailbox databases (4 million
mailboxes) persist and I started poking at source code this morning, finally having time to look for a fix again.

Again, we have no use for a shared mailbox namespace but there doesn't appear to be any way to easily disable it.  Could it be as simple as just removing everything but NAMESPACE_INBOX from the enum in imap/mboxname.h?  In other words, if we change it to

enum { NAMESPACE_INBOX = 0 };

will anything else break?
