Problem with deletemailbox

While messing around with some admin stuff using pythin, we logged in with cyrus@ instead of cyrus and a user of user/cyrus@ was created and now we cannot delete it (as per the sample below -- loggined in as cyrus admin user).

user/cyrus@ (\HasNoChildren)  
localhost.localdomain> sam user/cyrus@ cyrus x
localhost.localdomain> dm user/cyrus@
deletemailbox: Operation is not supported on mailbox
