Mm. When I restarted the system without the two patches (and run
ctl_mboxlist and mupdate synch), there lines for actually-deleted remote
mailboxes transformed into something like this:

user.jmmpelto.admin 0 i08.mappi.helsinki.fi!jjjr jmmpelto lrswipkxtecda anyone p

(With the patched version, it seems, the lines were left on the proxying member
as remote mailbox lines, and disappeared from the master.) And this resulted in
lines like this on the mupdate master:

user.jmmpelto.admin 1 i01.mappi.helsinki.fi!i08.mappi.helsinki.fi!jjjr jmmpelto lrswipkxtecda anyone p

which results in funny behaviour on trying to get info on the mailbox:

Jul 1 01:02:54 pcn1 i01/imap[2942]: getaddrinfo(i08.mappi.helsinki.fi!jjjr)
failed: Name or service not known

(Oh, the problem of not seeing the creation or deletion of mailboxes appears to be
there still, even without the patches. To be more exact, the deletion problem
seems to be as follows: my client gets an acknowledgement that the mailbox is
deleted, and removes the mailbox from its list, but when I restart the client,
the mailbox is back again (because it never got deleted from the proxying
murder member's list).)
