cyradm: cyrus can see mailboxes, cyrus@domain.tld cannot

IIRC, the local user that cyrus processes run as is by default an 
administrator unless configured otherwise. Is 'cyrus at mydomain.com' a 
valid user on your BSD machine, or just a valid imap user? Look at the 
manpage for imapd.conf, you can configure additional users as admins 
with the 'admins' option.
