Any points for 2.3 vs 2.2?

2.3.8 is not considered testing, it's called stable now.

Yes, delayed expunge is a very nice feature which also speeds up access,
you can really feel it when using webmail.

For the standard features you are using, 2.3.8 seems as stable as 2.2.12
but with some new functionality.
